Deposit Policy
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all rescheduling requests. Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure the best service. There is a 15mins grace period, after which a $25 late fee will be applied. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to perform the full service, or your appointment may need to be cancelled, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show." This will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require full pre-payment for any future bookings.
Preparation Policy
For the best results and to maintain service timelines, hair must arrive freshly washed, detangled, and completely dry, unless a detangle service has been specifically booked as an add-on.
Apple Pay to cover transfer fees.
We do not accept any card payments at the end of the service.
